At our Rockingham Plant you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within our Tissue division of our team as a Process Engineer: 

• Lead and support process engineering initiatives focused on efficiency, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Drive cost‑setting and improvement projects, including analysis of raw materials, chemicals, and process inputs.
• Manage the chemical program, including chemical inventory, usage optimization, vendor coordination, and compliance.
• Review, analyze, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance performance, quality, and yield.
• Support automation and process control improvements to reduce variability and improve production outcomes.
• Apply structured problem‑solving and data analysis to identify root causes and sustain long‑term improvements.

You too will put forward your strengths:  

• Bachelor’s degree required in:
• Paper Science
• Chemical Engineering
• Process Engineering
• Or a related technical discipline
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree with relevant manufacturing experience.
• Paper Mill experience Desired.
• Experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
