Responsibilities
• Develop and manage procurement plans to support urgent operational and project requirements.
• Coordinate with different business units and project managers to establish a list of priorities.
• Monitor procurement throughput to identify risks or bottlenecks and drive timely resolutions.
• Sequence procurement workflows to ensure capacity is aligned with organizational schedules.
• Act as a central point of contact for supply management and enabling services.
• Produce clear status reports and risk summaries for leadership and non technical stakeholders.
• Ensure all time sensitive contracting decisions are well documented and meet governance standards.
Qualifications
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or project planning.
• Proven background in supply chain management and demand forecasting.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple high priority files.
• Excellent communication skills for navigating and collaborating within a matrixed organization.
• Experience with procurement systems such as SAP Ariba is highly preferred.
