As part of their role, the Product Cybersecurity Architect will support our
cybersecurity analyses on products. They will be responsible for

establishing the necessary structure to assess threats and ensure product security within our product development process.
Working with system experts and engineers, they will review the vehicle architecture to
ensure that systems always address emerging risks and threats
to the product. They will follow a regular governance process that communicates industry best practices, reviews risks, and monitors the actions taken to address them.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Act as an internal technical expert for systems engineers regarding product cybersecurity;
• Define and re-evaluate the systems architecture to ensure product cybersecurity;
• Recommend and validate solutions to be implemented on our products from the design phase through to validation and testing;
• Actively participate in system design reviews;
• Ensure consistency in techniques and strategies by establishing design guidelines and developing engineering design standards for product cybersecurity;
• Work with our suppliers to validate their compliance with industry standards;
• Validate proposed changes required to address cybersecurity risks and threats;
• Participate in the development of intrusion testing and validation plans;
• Assess product cybersecurity vulnerabilities and threats (TARA);
• Establish the necessary actions to address threats;
WHAT YOU NEED:
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development;
• Knowledge of software product and feature development in the automotive sector;
• Knowledge of CAN networks in the automotive sector;
• Knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434, ISO 27000, ISO 26262, and other applicable standards;
• Knowledge of wireless communication technologies (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC);
• Knowledge of wired communication technologies (CAN, Ethernet);
• Knowledge of ITxPT is an asset;
• Experience in the heavy vehicle, train, or bus sector is an asset;
• Experience in managing customer requirements and service conditions;
• Good communicator who fosters teamwork;
• Good overall perspective and analytical skills;
• Autonomy and resourcefulness;
• Bilingualism (English/French);
• Excellent understanding of the functional approach and specifications.
