Responsibilities
Collaborate with executive leadership to pinpoint, prioritize, and articulate high-value opportunities for automation and business process enhancement through AI.
Develop comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and detailed functional specifications, acting as the definitive source for all new AI feature implementations.
Serve as a cross-functional leader, coordinating efforts across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure timely delivery of AI solutions aligned with strategic goals.
Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including determining scope, assessing feasibility, and making informed tradeoff decisions between technical limitations, necessary data integrity (e.g., accounting accuracy), and maximizing user adoption.
Oversee the launch, validation, and rollout strategy for new capabilities, establishing metrics to confirm that AI features deliver measurable value in a production environment.
Partner with operational teams to conceptualize and run effective beta testing and controlled feature release programs.
Monitor, analyze, and iteratively refine AI features based on performance data, user feedback, and real-world usage patterns.
Establish and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership, demonstrating the business impact, reliability, and adoption success of AI initiatives.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business).
Minimum of 3 years of Product Management experience within a sophisticated SaaS or enterprise software environment.
Proven track record of successfully conceptualizing and launching AI-driven product features.
Technical Literacy: Must be comfortable engaging in detailed technical discussions with developers regarding concepts like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture, vector databases, and advanced prompt engineering strategies.
Exceptional capacity to distill complex technical and business concepts into clear, actionable, and comprehensive documentation.
Strong foundation in analytical thinking, problem-solving methodologies, and excellent communication (written and verbal).
A demonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm for learning emerging AI technologies, alongside an interest in construction and financial/accounting business processes.
Highly Desired Skills
Previous experience designing, deploying, and managing agentic or autonomous AI systems.
Practical experience in shipping AI features leveraging:
