In this hands-on consulting role, you will gain exposure to broad commercialization and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) workflows across a high-performing enterprise retail environment. Working closely with cross-functional retail, design, product development, and technical engineering teams, you will bridge the gap between business processes and technical tool capabilities to streamline product creation and accelerate time-to-market. Responsibilities
PLM Tool Evolution: Partner with product development and technical engineering teams to continuously improve, maintain, and evolve core retail commercialization and PLM software applications.
Workflow Analysis & Requirements: Gather user feedback, map business workflows, and translate functional retail development needs into technical specifications and user stories.
Process Optimization: Drive operational efficiency across product creation lifecycles by aligning business needs with technical tool capabilities.
Delivery & Adoption Support: Assist in feature backlog prioritization, user acceptance testing (UAT), and user enablement to drive system adoption across go-to-market teams.
Qualifications
Retail & Apparel Background: Direct experience working within retail product development, apparel, footwear, or commercialization workflows.
PLM System Expertise: Practical hands-on experience utilizing enterprise Product Lifecycle Management platforms such as FlexPLM, Centric PLM, PTC, Lectra, or similar tools.
Business & Data Aptitude: Comfort navigating complex data architectures and translating business workflows into actionable technical solutions.
Product Management Mindset: Experience in requirements gathering, workflow mapping, system testing, and feature prioritization within an Agile or hybrid delivery framework.
Soft Skills: High adaptability, strong analytical problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and an eagerness to learn and grow within enterprise retail technology environments.
