To support our ongoing growth, we are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to oversee our food packaging category. You will lead market development for existing products as well as the creation of new ones. This position requires a perfect balance of technical expertise and commercial vision.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Manage the product development project lifecycle, from design to implementation.
Conduct market research to identify user needs and establish product requirements and specifications.
Launch outsourcing initiatives and analyze manufacturer proposals, quotes, and pricing.
Ensure quality control of the final product and approve packaging (design, overall appearance, legal information).
Collaborate with the sales team (client presentations, promotions) and provide sales forecasts to management.
Adjust inventory levels to optimize product turnover and availability.
Ensure synergy with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Experience in purchasing or product development. Mandatory experience in food packaging (distribution experience is an asset).
Bilingualism (French/English) essential for interacting with local and international partners; advanced English proficiency required due to extensive international communication.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Advanced Excel proficiency and proven skills in forecasting and negotiation.
Strategic vision, analytical mindset, creativity, problem-solving orientation, and strict adherence to deadlines.
Availability to travel as needed.
