As the Product Manager, you will be the central expert for key product lines within the company. Responsibilities
-Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies for HVAC lines that align with company goals and evolving market trends.
-Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation and development to launch, market performance, and end-of-life planning.
-Establish and manage the brand experience in the marketplace through industry engagement and participation in associations and functions.
-Create and maintain a detailed product calendar in collaboration with vendors and the sales team, outlining short-term and long-term plans.
-Coordinate with sales and marketing departments to maximize brand exposure through advertisements, trade show participation, and promotional events.
-Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, including catalogs, brochures, website content, and sales guides, alongside the E-Commerce and Marketing departments.
-Develop and deliver impactful product presentations and training sessions for internal teams and external partners.
-Conduct in-depth competitive studies, analyzing features, price points, market advantages, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications
-A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience within the HVAC industry.
-Specialized studies or post-secondary education in HVAC and Controls.
-Strong technical understanding of products available in the Canadian marketplace.
-Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Thorough knowledge of industry standards and the future direction for residential HVAC products.
-A clear understanding of the target market for residential ductless products.
-Ability to travel within Canada as required to support sales teams and customers.
-Strong sales and persuasion skills with the ability to effectively convince both internal sales teams and external customers.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
-Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Extensive experience with new product development processes, including product ideation, concept testing, and launch planning.
-A strong sense of urgency combined with a sharp focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
-Demonstrated autonomy in managing priorities and schedules while also possessing strong teamwork capabilities.
