Own and manage the product roadmap for the new food & beverage solution.
Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and translating client needs into detailed user stories and product specifications.
Collaborate closely with engineers, senior product managers, and stakeholders.
Generate ideas to improve table management, host management, and service efficiency.
Work hybrid (2 days/week in Markham office).
Qualifications
2–5 years of product ownership/management experience (client open to flexible experience range).
Technology background, preferably in SaaS or software for hospitality.
Experience with food & beverage or hospitality environments (even early career experience as a server, bartender, or host is considered valuable).
Strong communication skills to articulate client pain points and drive product velocity.
Experience in POS systems or hospitality software ecosystems is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with Backend: .NET and Frontend: Blazor Pages and React is a plus.
Customer-focused and empathetic toward end users.
Strong ownership mindset and accountability.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to translate business challenges into technical stories/specifications.
Drive for product delivery velocity and continuous improvement.
