Responsibilities
Define and communicate the product vision for secrets management, translating it into a clear and prioritized product backlog (features, user stories).
Collaborate with Security Architects and designers to define the product roadmap and delivery strategies.
Lead Agile ceremonies, ensuring the team is aligned and focused on delivering high-value increments.
Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring transparency on progress, priorities, and delivery plans.
Analyze the impact of changes and continuously improve team processes and integration with the broader IAM ecosystem.
Provide expert guidance to designers and team members to facilitate technical decision-making.
Qualifications
Core Expertise: Demonstrated deep experience and expertise in cryptography and encryption key management is mandatory.
Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Security Specialist, within an IT environment.
Methodology: Strong knowledge and practical application of Lean/Agile principles and practices.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, simplification, and pedagogical skills, with a proven ability to coach and transfer knowledge to team members.
Cybersecurity Acumen: A strong sensitivity to and understanding of modern cybersecurity challenges.
Languages: Bilingualism (French/English) is required, or at a minimum, functional French.
Assets: Experience with certificate management tools like Venafi or Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions like BeyondTrust.
