Responsibilities
Critical Evaluation and Integration: Exercise critical judgment in the analysis and evaluation of new processes, and oversee their seamless integration into our financial systems.
Strategic Prioritization: Actively collaborate in defining priorities and planning essential project activities.
Vision Translation: Convert the strategic vision into precise objectives, ensuring project delivery within budget and timelines.
Product Backlog Management: Ensure dynamic management of the product backlog and the drafting of the team's user stories.
Client Interface: Serve as the central point of contact between the project team and the client throughout the execution cycle.
Delivery Steering: Develop and manage the delivery plan for project deliverables.
Impact Analysis: Examine potential issues and the impacts of scope changes on users, and propose innovative solutions.
Integration Compliance: Ensure that all integration processes are adjusted based on evolutions and modifications.
Needs Clarification: Support team members in formalizing and clarifying their business needs.
Implementation Support: Provide support to business units during the deployment of new processes.
Technical Strategy: Collaborate with the Business Architect to define optimal realization and testing strategies.
Expertise Leadership: Act as a recognized leader and technical reference for the project team within their field of expertise.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
Language: Bilingual (English - French).
Experience: 7 years of experience, including 2 years as a Product Manager.
Industry Experience: Banking experience (an asset).
Methodology Knowledge: Knowledge of the SAFE methodology (an asset).
Continuous Improvement: Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (an asset).
Tool Knowledge: Knowledge of the following tools: DevOps, Oracle ERP Cloud (an asset
