Responsibilities
Write and document User Stories in a precise and comprehensive manner, ensuring traceability and validation for external development.
Gather, analyze, and formalize complex business needs by conducting targeted research and producing rigorous documentation.
Provide all necessary clarifications to the team and the vendor to facilitate estimation and sequencing planning.
Act as the key link between internal teams and the external vendor, ensuring deliverable quality and solution compliance.
Actively participate in the creation and execution of unit tests and support partners throughout the delivery process.
Collaborate closely with product, development, and subject matter expert teams to design innovative, user-centric solutions.
Participate in Agile workshops and ceremonies, contributing to the continuous improvement of practices.
Identify and define client interface requirements (screens, dashboards, reports) to meet business needs.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Business Analysis or Product Management (PO) within complex technological environments.
Demonstrated ability to write detailed technical and functional specifications for development teams (ideally external ones).
Proficiency with project management tools, specifically Azure DevOps (ADO).
Excellent analytical skills, meticulousness, and documentation rigor (attention to detail is critical).
Experience in digital projects or digital transformation.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
Asset: Knowledge of the Group Insurance or savings products domain.
