Your Role on the Team
As a Production Support Specialist, you’ll be the engine that keeps our lines moving while you train for the next level.
Line Coordination: You’ll partner with our Senior Machine Operators to keep production flowing smoothly and hitting our daily goals.
Skill Building: Get hands-on mentorship! You’ll learn the ins and outs of our specialized machinery, preparing you to eventually take the lead as a Senior Operator.
Precision & Quality: You’ll assist with machine setups and perform quality checks to ensure every product leaving the line is perfect.
Safety & Standards: Help us maintain a clean, organized, and high-functioning workspace where everyone’s safety comes first.
Schedule & Pay: Work a reliable Monday to Friday (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) shift. Plus, there is plenty of consistent overtime available for those looking to maximize their paycheck!
Performance-Driven Professional: You are motivated by the prospect of contract longevity and want to work for a company that rewards dedication with long-term stability.

Responsibilities
Your Daily Focus
You’ll be a vital part of the production flow, ensuring our standards stay high and the floor stays safe. Here is how you’ll make an impact:
Safety & Standards: Follow our core SOPs and safety protocols to keep the workspace running like a well-oiled machine.
Clear Communication: Keep the lines of communication open by reporting any gear, quality, or process hiccups to your Team Lead or Extrusion Operator immediately.
Team Growth: Join forces with the production crew to spot and support "continuous improvement"—if you see a better way to do something, we want to hear it!
Hazardous Material Handling: Safely handle, sort, and manage materials in total alignment with WHMIS standards.
Stack & Prep: Take charge of palletizing products as they come off the line, ensuring they’re ready for the next step.
PPE Pro: Set the standard by wearing your required personal protective equipment at all times—safety is non-negotiable here.
All-Around Support: Stay flexible and jump in on other tasks as directed by your Team Lead to help the shift succeed.
Qualifications
-6 months or more of experience in a manufacturing setting
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
-Must be physically fit and able to lift 50lbs
