Job Description: Production Coordinator
The Production Coordinator plays a central role in the production line, acting as the hub between the various departments. They are responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of operations, from initial planning to delivery of the final product or service.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20 to $30
$30 per hour, depending on experience
Access: Car preferred
Responsibilities
Planning and Scheduling: Develop and update production schedules. Coordinate the activities of various teams and ensure the availability of resources (materials, personnel, equipment).
Operations Monitoring: Monitor project progress daily. Analyze production data to optimize processes.
Communication: Act as the key point of contact between production, procurement, logistics, and management. Prepare performance reports and regular updates.
Quality Control: Collaborate with the Quality Assurance department to ensure compliance with standards. Participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a coordination role in a manufacturing environment.
Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and an ERP system.
Personal qualities: Ability to work under pressure, strong sense of priorities, and teamwork.
Transportation: A car is strongly recommended due to the location of the industrial site.
