Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Track parts, component kits, etc. to ensure that all manufactured parts are delivered within the prescribed timeframe.
• Determine the consequences of delivery delays and identify the appropriate action plan.
• Participate in problem solving.
• Enter data relating to project information and delivery of parts.
• Track parts and generate manual orders.
• Monitor the flow of multiple projects to meet deadlines and requirements.
• Report and identify critical issues to achieving the plan.
• Liaise with downstream production cells, suppliers and support services to monitor the status of activities.
• Alignment meeting with the module lead hands;
• Perform system cleanup operations (closing work orders, tracking inactive parts, etc.)
• Participate in various meetings (DMS, production monitoring, improvement clinic, etc.).
• Deal with non-conformities (NCR, RTV and OSP).
• Late Lab Command
• Monitoring of KPIs and action plan.
Qualifications
Requirements:
• College diploma (DEC) in a related field or 2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook software.
• Comfortable in English and French
