Pay & Shifts:
Days ($24.00/hr): 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM
Nights ($26.50/hr): 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM

Rotation: Alternating 12-hour schedule (3 on / 2 off 2 on / 3 off)
Week 1 Training: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
What You'll Do:
Tightly and accurately wrap heavy industrial rubber piping onto large spindles.
Ensure strict adherence to product standards and dimensions.
Perform rigorous physical labor and stand for long durations.
Partner with team members to hit shift production quotes safely.
What You Need:
Proven physical capability for non-stop heavy lifting across 12-hour shifts
Reliable personal vehicle (site is not reachable by public transit)
Agreement to sign an OT Averaging Agreement before onboarding

Responsibilities
Wrap heavy rubber pipe tightly and securely onto large spindles.
Inspect the product continuously to ensure the wrapping meets high quality standards.
Perform heavy lifting and manual labor safely throughout the 12-hour shift.
Communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors to maintain a smooth, safe workflow.
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Previous experience working in production environments
Always on time for shift handovers.
Strong, reliable work ethic.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
