Working alongside a collaborative three-person team, you will drive the assembly of lightweight foam insulation products. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in steady, rhythm-focused work, high-precision hand-eye coordination, and fast-paced manufacturing setups.

Responsibilities
- Machine Feeding: Sustainably load styrofoam planks into automated spraying equipment at a steady speed.
- Precision Assembly: Utilize manual clamping fixtures to accurately align plastic siding with moving foam materials.
- Packaging & Inspection: Offload finished items from the conveyor, conduct visual quality assurance checks, and pack products securely into boxes.
- Safety & Workplace Standards: Keep your assigned station clean, organized, and compliant with facility safety guidelines.
- Teamwork: Maintain continuous, clear verbal communication with your two line partners to ensure seamless flow.
Qualifications
- Core Skills: Exceptional hand-eye coordination, quick manual dexterity, and a strong sense of pace.
- Experience: Prior background in machine operating, lightweight assembly, or packaging within a plant setting is considered a strong asset.
- Communication: Functional English proficiency to ensure safety and team coordination (bilingual English/French abilities are a plus).
- Equipment: Safety-first mindset with CSA-certified steel-toe boots required.
- Reliability: Strong attendance track record and reliable transportation to arrive in Paris, ON for 7:00 AM.
