Responsibilities
Develop and manage detailed production schedules to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and waste
Collaborate with procurement, quality control, warehouse, and production teams to coordinate raw material availability and production capacity
Monitor and adjust schedules in response to supply chain disruptions, equipment issues, or unexpected changes in demand
Analyze production data and generate reports to improve forecasting, efficiency, and performance
Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP) and company quality standards
Work closely with the logistics and sales departments to ensure on-time delivery of products
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and production output
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, or related field
Proven experience (3–5 years) in production planning within the food industry
Strong understanding of food safety and manufacturing standards
Proficiency in ERP and planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
