Our critical products—including rugged Guided Wave Radar (GWR) tank level monitors and specialized overfill prevention systems—are essential for the safe and efficient transport of hazardous bulk liquids like crude oil, fuels, and chemicals. We need a motivated, experienced Production Supervisor/Team Lead to be a pivotal player in elevating our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities
- Operational Command: Direct and mentor the production staff, acting as the primary technical expert on the floor to ensure the team consistently achieves all operational and output targets.
- Quality & Reliability Oversight: Champion quality control by actively diagnosing and resolving production capacity bottlenecks and quality issues. Ensure our rugged, high-accuracy, solid-state products are manufactured to be fail-safe and reliable in hostile operating environments.
- Process Engineering & Innovation: Collaborate closely with the engineering team on new product integrations, constantly refine manufacturing processes, and establish a robust, fully documented quality control system.
- Facility & Equipment Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage the maintenance and precise calibration of essential production equipment, and assist with necessary general building upkeep.
- Versatile Operational Support: Serve as a versatile contributor by managing tasks from updating product firmware and developing detailed work instructions to assisting with key shipping and receiving functions.
Qualifications
- Hands-On Manufacturing & Leadership: Possess 5+ years of essential, hands-on experience in a manufacturing and leadership capacity, coupled with a deep, working knowledge of microcontrollers, microprocessors, and electronics.
- Adept Leadership & Mentorship: A natural leader skilled at mentoring, inspiring, and cultivating a highly collaborative and productive team environment.
- Technical Problem-Solving: Exhibit a keen eye for identifying production bottlenecks and the technical acumen required to resolve complex issues effectively and with maximum efficiency.
- Organizational Drive: Highly organized, results-oriented, and a self-starter who excels at managing project-based work and achieving defined goals.
- Exceptional Communication: Capable of clearly and concisely conveying complex technical information to both engineering teams and external customers.
