Our innovative products—such as durable Guided Wave Radar (GWR) tank level monitors and advanced overfill prevention systems—are essential for the safe and efficient movement of hazardous bulk liquids, including crude oil, fuels, and chemicals. We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Production Supervisor to champion excellence, optimize production processes, and guide our team toward continued success.

Responsibilities
Lead Production Operations:
Supervise and mentor production staff, acting as the primary technical resource on the floor to ensure daily operational goals and output targets are consistently achieved.
Ensure Quality & Reliability:
Champion quality assurance by identifying and resolving production bottlenecks, addressing quality issues, and upholding the highest manufacturing standards. Ensure all rugged, high-accuracy, solid-state products are built to perform reliably in demanding field conditions.
Collaborate on Process Improvement:
Partner closely with the engineering team to integrate new products, optimize production processes, and maintain a comprehensive, well-documented quality control system that supports continuous improvement.
Manage Facility & Equipment:
Oversee production inventory and ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained, calibrated, and operational. Support overall facility maintenance and organization to sustain an efficient and safe work environment.
Provide Versatile Operational Support:
Contribute across multiple functions, including updating product firmware, developing detailed work instructions, and assisting with shipping, receiving, and other hands-on production tasks as required.
Qualifications
Hands-On Manufacturing & Technical Expertise:
5+ years of practical experience in manufacturing or production environments, with solid knowledge of microcontrollers, microprocessors, and general electronics. Background as an electrical or instrumentation technician—or light production experience—is highly relevant.
Leadership & Mentorship:
A natural team leader who fosters collaboration, accountability, and a positive, high-performing work culture.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills:
Skilled at identifying production bottlenecks, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing effective, lasting solutions.
