YOUR ROLE AS THE PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR:
As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in managing a team of about 50 employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll be responsible for driving performance, ensuring health & safety, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on people, processes, and results.

Responsibilities
• Lead, motivate, and coach your team to achieve production goals while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and respect, acting as a role model for company values.
• Ensure production schedules and priorities are met, while continuously seeking opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, empowering your team to embrace innovation and change.
• Provide clear feedback and conduct performance evaluations, supporting both individual and team development.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
• Ensure all team members receive the training and support they need to succeed.
Qualifications
• Education: DEC or BAC in mechanical, industrial, or chemical engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience: At least 5 years in a supervisory role within manufacturing (experience in food, cosmetics, or pharmaceuticals is a strong asset).
• Skills: Strong leadership, coaching ability, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Languages: Bilingual (French & English, spoken and written).
• Technical: Comfortable with ERP systems (AS400, SAP) and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of GMP is an asset.
