As our new Production Team Lead, you'll be a key player in ensuring the smooth and successful operation of our production process.
Location: In-person in Edmonton, AB.
Compensation: $65-$75k/year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
Lead the way: Guide and mentor our production staff, helping them solve issues and meet production goals. You'll be the go-to person on the floor.
Be a quality champion: You’ll identify and resolve production capacity and quality issues to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
Keep things running smoothly: You’ll maintain and calibrate production equipment, manage inventory, and assist with building maintenance.
Innovate and improve: Work with our engineering team on new product development and help refine our manufacturing processes to create a documented quality control system.
Wear many hats: From updating firmware and creating work instructions to assisting with shipping and receiving, you'll be at the heart of our operations.
Qualifications
Experience that counts: You have 5+ years of manufacturing and leadership experience, with a solid understanding of microcontrollers, microprocessors, and electronics.
A natural leader: You know how to mentor and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
A problem-solver at heart: You have a knack for identifying issues and the skills to resolve them effectively.
A team player: You're organized, goal-oriented, and a self-starter who loves working on project-based tasks.
An excellent communicator: You can clearly convey complex technical information to anyone, whether they're an engineer or a customer.
