We are a growing technology company in Edmonton, Alberta, known for designing, building, and supporting advanced liquid measurement solutions for the mobile transportation industry. Our products—like our rugged Guided Wave Radar (GWR) tank level monitors and overfill prevention systems—are critical to safety and efficiency in transporting valuable and hazardous bulk liquids like crude oil, refined fuels, and chemicals. We're looking for a motivated and experienced Production Team Lead/Manufacturing Supervisor to be a key player in our operations.

Responsibilities
As our Production Team Lead, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our high-accuracy, solid-state products are manufactured to the highest standards.
Lead the Way: Guide and mentor our production staff, serving as the go-to technical expert on the floor to help the team meet production goals.
Be a Quality Champion: Actively identify and resolve production capacity and quality issues to ensure our rugged products are fail-safe and reliable in hostile environments.
Innovate and Improve: Collaborate directly with our engineering team on new product development and refine our manufacturing processes to establish a robust, documented quality control system.
Keep Things Running Smoothly: Manage inventory, maintain and calibrate essential production equipment, and assist with general building maintenance.
Wear Many Hats: Be a versatile contributor, taking on tasks from updating product firmware and creating detailed work instructions to assisting with shipping and receiving.
Qualifications
Manufacturing & Leadership Experience: You have 5+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing and leadership, with a solid understanding of microcontrollers, microprocessors, and electronics.
Natural Leadership: You know how to mentor, inspire, and foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Problem-Solver at Heart: You have a keen eye for identifying production bottlenecks and the technical skills to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
Drive & Organization: You are organized, goal-oriented, and a self-starter who thrives on project-based work.
Excellent Communicator: You can clearly convey complex technical information to both engineers and customers.
