Our high-performance solutions—including rugged Guided Wave Radar (GWR) tank-level sensors and precision-engineered overfill protection equipment—ensure the safe and reliable movement of hazardous liquids such as fuel, crude oil, and industrial chemicals.
We are seeking a committed and technically minded Production Team Lead to oversee day-to-day production activities, enhance workflow efficiency, and support a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities
Lead Production Operations
Oversee daily production activities and guide the team as the main technical authority on the shop floor. Ensure that safety protocols, production goals, and operational standards are consistently achieved with precision and efficiency.
Maintain Quality & Product Reliability
Take ownership of quality assurance by detecting workflow issues early, troubleshooting technical challenges, and enforcing strict manufacturing standards. Ensure every solid-state device functions reliably under demanding field conditions.
Drive Continuous Improvement
Work closely with engineering to implement new products, enhance manufacturing processes, and maintain a robust quality management system that fosters ongoing optimization.
Oversee Equipment & Facility Management
Supervise production tools, machinery, and inventory, confirming everything is properly maintained, calibrated, and operational. Contribute to the organization and upkeep of the facility to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient workspace.
Deliver Hands-On Support Across Operations
Support other teams as needed, including firmware updates, creating or improving detailed work instructions, and assisting with shipping, receiving, and other essential production responsibilities.
Qualifications
Practical Manufacturing & Technical Skills
Over five years of hands-on experience in production or manufacturing settings, with strong expertise in electronics, including microcontrollers, microprocessors, and associated systems. Experience in electrical, instrumentation, or other light industrial roles is highly valued.
Leadership & Team Development
A collaborative leader who promotes teamwork, accountability, and a culture focused on excellence and ongoing improvement. Encourages team growth while maintaining high operational standards.
Analytical Problem-Solving
Proven capability to identify inefficiencies, troubleshoot complex technical challenges, and implement process improvements that enhance overall performance and productivity.
