Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented **Production Technician** to join our team. This hands-on role performs day-to-day operational tasks related to the receiving, batch blending, packaging, and shipping of industrial liquid products.

Responsibilities
Blending & Batching: Blend liquid products following precise batch card recipes and instructions.
Packaging & Shipping: Fill containers and package finished products based on order demand; safely load tankers with finished product.
Quality Assurance: Collect raw material and finished product samples for Quality Control; conduct quality inspections and adhere to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Documentation & Data Entry: Accurately record production data, enter inventory records, and document any quality or process issues.
Facility Support: Complete routine inventory checks, procurement requests for raw materials, and maintain a clean work environment (housekeeping).
Safety Adherence: Strictly follow established health, safety, and operational protocols.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a production, manufacturing, or operations environment.
Background Check: Must be able to successfully pass a clear criminal record check.
Measurements: Comfortable using both metric and imperial weights and measures (kilograms, pounds, liters, gallons, etc.).
Technical Skills:** Mechanical inclination and data entry/inventory management system experience are strong assets.
Certifications:** Forklift license and experience are a plus.
Key Traits:** Strong communication skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to quality and safety.
