Responsibilities
- Repacking metal totes and preparing materials for shipment or assembly.
- Inspecting parts and perform thorough quality checks to catch and report defects.
- Assembling metal racking using a variety of hand tools and power tools.
- Performing repetitive assembly line tasks maintaining speed, focus, and precision.
- Lifting and positioning items weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Adhering strictly to facility safety protocols, maintaining a clean workspace, and completing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on manufacturing or industrial experience required.
- Tool Skills: Confident using hand and basic power tools (drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.).
- Physical Capability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably and perform continuous physical, repetitive tasks while standing.
- Transportation: Must have a personal vehicle (No public transit access).
- Communication: Strong English skills (written and verbal) to safely follow production instructions and safety guidelines.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, and ready to complete scheduled hours and orientation.
