As a Production Worker, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this manufacturing and logistics environment, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep the production line moving efficiently. From the initial picking of components to the final packaging of electrical enclosures, your attention to detail as a Production Worker will ensure that every product meets the high standards our client is known for. Whether you are using hand tools or operating basic machinery, your contribution to the manufacturing and logistics process is essential.

Responsibilities
• Accurately picking and packaging orders to meet daily shipping targets.
• Applying labels and ensuring all documentation for electrical enclosures is correct.
• Operating basic production machinery safely and efficiently following training.
• Using various hand tools to assist in the assembly or finishing of metal enclosures.
• Maintaining accurate inventory counts and reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Keeping the manufacturing and logistics work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth transitions between production stages.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
• Previous experience in a manufacturing and logistics environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to commute to the facility in Waterloo, ON, for a 7:00 AM start.
• Comfort working with hand tools and basic industrial machinery.
• Capability to lift up to 40-50 lbs as required for packaging and moving inventory.
• A commitment to safety and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
