Responsibilities
•Process Mapping & Workflow Creation: Design highly detailed, visual process maps and workflows using tools like MS Visio or PowerPoint to illustrate the new liquidity management system's operations.
•Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Author, structure, and refine comprehensive procedure documents in strict alignment with enterprise standards.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Actively engage in daily discussions with Treasury SMEs, technical teams, and the vendor to extract, synthesize, and validate complex workflow information.
•Knowledge Translation: Translate highly technical software functionalities into digestible, user-friendly business reference materials.
Qualifications
•Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience working as a Business Analyst within a Canadian bank or similarly sized financial institution.
•Documentation Mastery: Proven track record of creating sophisticated workflows (Visio/PowerPoint) and writing structured enterprise-level procedure documents.
•Domain Knowledge: Previous experience or strong working familiarity with Treasury, Finance, or Liquidity Risk Management functions, including a solid grasp of related financial terminologies.
•Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and formatting.
•Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Nice-to-Have: Previous experience navigating or supporting organizational Change Management processes.
