Join our sustainability and human rights team to support programs focused on enhancing the rights, safety, and well-being of workers in our global manufacturing partners. This role is ideal for an early-career professional seeking hands-on experience in social compliance and responsible sourcing, with a passion for improving working conditions across global supply chains. You will contribute to operational tasks, data management, supplier engagement, and research to strengthen human rights due diligence. A key focus is coordinating high-priority Fair Trade and Vendor Social & Labour Compliance initiatives, managing program documentation, tracking, and implementation. You will also contribute to cross-functional projects on topics such as responsible purchasing, living wages, and strategy development.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Program Management: Provide day-to-day coordination for social compliance and worker well-being programs (including a high-priority fair labor program). This involves onboarding manufacturing partners, managing program documentation/governance, tracking metrics, coordinating supplier communications, and handling administrative tasks.
Compliance Tracking & Analysis: Maintain systems for audit and Corrective Action Plan (CAP) tracking, performance scorecards, and subcontractor traceability. Conduct research on emerging legislation, human rights risks, and best practices, and assist with data analysis related to wages, audits, or risk indicators.
Reporting & Engagement: Support monthly reporting, leadership updates, and KPI tracking. Coordinate with internal teams (Sourcing, Legal, Compliance) and suppliers to advance program deliverables, including specific projects related to responsible purchasing and living wages.
Operational Support: Maintain project trackers, shared documentation, and prepare meeting materials, presentations, and training content for stakeholders.
