•Coordinate activities to ensure deliverables are met in order to achieve the cost, schedule and performance requirements of the Program
•Liaise between various multi-disciplined teams in support of program objectives
•Coordinate progress meetings with internal teams, coordinating resolution and follow up on technical or programmatic issues

•Support development and maintain reporting/presentations to a variety of internal and external stakeholders
•Support managing the risk elements of the program
•Track monthly performance reports and take appropriate action, as required
•Collaborate within the team to collect data required to develop presentations and illustrations to meet the Program requirements

Responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
•College Diploma or University Degree in a related field
•1-2 years relevant experience
•Proficient communication, organization and prioritization skills
•Dedicated to teamwork, agile and collaborative
•Demonstrated ability to multi-task under pressure
•Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills
•Proficient experience in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
•Excellent organizational skills, thorough, and detail-oriented
•Self-motivated and effective in a multi-disciplinary team, including to facilitate discussions
•Ability to travel and possess/be able to acquire and maintain a valid passport
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience managing projects or program experience or PMP designation or working towards
•Previous experience working with government contracts
•Defense industry experience or military background
