Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in managing IT portfolios, IT projects, resource assignments, and leveling (10-15 years).
Relevant certifications in project management, change management, or digital transformation are a plus.
Proven experience as a program manager or similar role, with a strong track record of successfully managing complex digital transformation initiatives within an agile framework.
In-depth understanding of digital technologies, processes, and best practices.
Experience working with IT teams or within the insurance industry is preferred.
Fluency in French would be a plus.
