Responsibilities
Lead and manage the digital transformation program using an agile methodology.
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and align the program with the line of business objectives.
Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the success of digital initiatives.
Monitor and report on the progress of the program, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
Regularly communicate with stakeholders and provide updates on the status of the program.
Identify and implement best practices and industry standards for digital transformation.
Work with partnered vendors to deliver requirements provided by various stakeholders.
Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in digital technology.
Act as a champion for the digital transformation program, promoting awareness and buy-in across the organization.


Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives within the insurance or automotive industries.
Experience with Salesforce solutions and their implementation.
Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in managing IT portfolios, IT projects, resource assignments, and leveling (10-15 years).
Relevant certifications in project management, change management, or digital transformation are a plus.
Proven experience as a program manager or similar role, with a strong track record of successfully managing complex digital transformation initiatives within an agile framework.
In-depth understanding of digital technologies, processes, and best practices.
Experience working with IT teams or within the insurance industry is preferred.
Fluency in French would be a plus.


Summary
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Program Manager to lead a digital transformation program using an agile methodology. This full remote position, lasting 10 months until March 2026, involves overseeing the implementation of digital solutions and driving change within the line of business to enhance efficiency and productivity. Experience in the insurance applied in the automotive sector and fluency in French are preferred.
