Looking for someone with at least 5 years of program management experience and 7 years of project management experience. You should have a strong track record of managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, and experience in MS DYNAMICS 365 ERP system implementation. Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies, along with PMP certification, are highly desirable. Additionally, candidates should have experience in budget management and financial forecasting, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage conflicts between diverse stakeholder groups. Scope Definition: Lead the definition of program scope, future state design, and process changes.
Program Leadership: Oversee the ERP replacement program from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time delivery.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between vendors, internal teams, and implementation partners.
Integrated Project Planning: Develop and maintain a detailed project plan integrating all activities.
Budget Management: Manage program budget, track expenses, and ensure financial parameters are met.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Vendor Management: Ensure vendor contributions align with program goals.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders about program progress and outcomes.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of program management and 7 years of project management experience.
