Responsibilities
• Overall planning, coordination and delivery of the IT scope in multiple complex, high priority, major capital construction projects;
• Oversee the procurement and financial tracking;
• Provide communications to executives, partners, stakeholders and users throughout the projects;
• Manage the organization change associated with the projects; and
• Prioritize critical project milestones and work amongst competing demands and priorities.
• Provide leadership to project team members, as required, in successful project implementation;
• Project planning, management, coordination, change management & transition, and communications are all key aspects;
• Manage program change and address program issues including organizing, leading and documenting critical project meetings;
• Facilitate multiple stakeholders through design and construction to meet the desired scope, budget and timeline, including:
• Developing and managing project schedules, including high-level milestone plans;
• Overall procurement management and tracking;
• Overall program coordination of information management information technology (IMIT) scope;
• Project planning including scope development and project scheduling;
• IMIT budget development and management throughout project lifecycle;
Qualifications
•  minimum of 11 years of experience in project management within the building construction or information technology fields;
• Have experience in healthcare IT or construction, specifically involving the support of IT infrastructure in major capital construction projects;
• Be trained in Project Management Institute (PMI) standards and guidelines and must have PMP Certification or PgMP® Certification;
• Have the ability to travel within Saskatchewan as required. This role requires site visits across various locations within Saskatchewan; and
• Be available to work full-time and willing to work on a hybrid or fully remote basis.
• Resource must be located and permitted to work in Canada.
