Responsibilities
The position will oversee two highly connected programs and their detailed process mapping.
Qualifications
-8+ years of experience across Merchandising, Merchandising Operations, Supply Chain, Product Operations, or related business functions, including demonstrated success leading large-scale cross-functional transformation programs
-Deep understanding of merchandising workflows, GTM processes, and the interdependencies across Merchandising, Planning, Finance, Global Pricing, PLM, Product Operations, Technology, Change Management, and Learning teams
-Proven experience leading enterprise or business transformation initiatives from discovery through implementation, including process design, requirements development, testing, deployment, and adoption
-Strong program and project management expertise, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, dependencies, timelines, risks, and executive communications
-Demonstrated experience facilitating cross-functional workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, and governance forums to drive decision-making and execution
-Experience developing current-state and future-state process maps, identifying opportunities, and translating business needs into functional and business requirements
-Proven ability to influence without authority, build alignment among senior leaders, and navigate complex matrixed organizations
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience leveraging operational data and business insights to inform recommendations, prioritization, and risk mitigation
-Demonstrated capability to establish governance frameworks, operating models, tools, and scalable processes that support enterprise program delivery
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations, status reporting, and change communications
-Experience partnering closely with Product Management and Technology teams throughout solution discovery, testing, implementation, and release activities
-Demonstrated experience translating business processes and operational requirements into technology-enabled solutions while balancing business objectives, user experience, and implementation feasibility.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, Adobe, and collaboration tools; experience with PLM, merchandising systems, and enterprise project management tools strongly preferred
