Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as an Assistant Project Manager
Your role will be to support the lead Project Manager in the daily management and follow-up of installation mandates. Your tasks will include:
Assisting in the planning and coordination of various project stages.
Preparing and managing contractual documentation and purchase orders.
Ensuring communication and follow-up with clients, suppliers, and technical teams.
Participating in the administrative setup of project files.
Keeping project schedules and logs up to date.
Collaborating to resolve issues that may arise during a project.
Preparing the necessary documents for invoicing and project closure.
Qualifications
The qualifications we are looking for
To excel in this Assistant Project Manager role, we are looking for a proactive person with strong organizational skills.
Relevant experience in an administrative support, coordination, or similar role.
A Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) or a Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in administration or a related field is an asset.
Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Autonomy, thoroughness, and impeccable attention to detail.
A desire to work as part of a team in our Ville-Saint-Laurent offices.
