Responsibilities
• Assist project managers with day-to-day tasks, ensure adherence to standards, manage project documentation, and handle administrative follow-ups.
• Support the leadership team in coordinating key initiatives and ad hoc events.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare required materials, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations.
• Handle invoicing for suppliers and service providers, and manage budget tracking including all project-related cost follow-ups.
Qualifications
• College or professional diploma in administration, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 and planning tools.
• Solid skills in budget tracking and project coordination.
• Bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written, is required.
