Responsibilities
As a Project Control Officer V, you will:
•Manage RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) and ensure data accuracy.
•Prepare and consolidate status reports, executive steering committee (ESC) materials, and ad-hoc reporting.
•Track and manage project interdependencies across multiple workstreams.
•Conduct financial management activities, including monthly cost forecasting, variance analysis, and spend tracking.
•Support project change control processes and maintain PCR (Project Change Request) logs.
•Organize and maintain project artifacts to support compliance and delivery assurance reviews.
•Monitor schedules, track deliverables and milestones, and escalate slippages when required.
Qualifications
Must Have:
•Minimum 7 years of Project Analyst / Project Control Officer experience.
•Proficiency in Clarity, JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
•Strong knowledge of PDLC, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
•Proven track record in large project/program delivery, particularly in financial institutions.
•Expertise in project monitoring, control, reporting, financial management, and RAID management.
Nice to Have:
•PMP or ACAP certification.
•Prior TD Bank experience in a comparable role.
•Payments project experience.
