In this high-visibility PMO leadership role, you will be responsible for maintaining end-to-end project controls across large-scale, complex initiatives. Acting as the central operational anchor for the program, you will manage RAID logs, consolidate executive reporting materials, perform variance analysis on multi-million dollar program budgets, and track interdependencies across cross-functional workstreams. Working closely with project managers, technical leads, and executive stakeholders within Agile, Hybrid, and traditional delivery frameworks, you will ensure total compliance, schedule integrity, and delivery assurance.
Duration: 12-Month Contract (with high potential for extension)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days per week on-site at the corporate office, 1 day work from home; anchor days are flexible)

Responsibilities
RAID, Schedule & Governance Management
RAID Log Governance: Ingest, maintain, and ensure continuous accuracy of all program Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID log).
Schedule & Milestone Tracking: Track and report on critical deliverables, task sequences, and key project milestones; highlight and escalate schedule slippages for immediate remediation.
Interdependency & Change Control: Consolidate and track interdependencies across internal and external project workstreams. Maintain the Project Change Request (PCR) log and coordinate related governance activities.
Artifact Management & Compliance: Organize, index, and audit required program artifacts; log exceptions and assist during enterprise delivery assurance reviews.
Financial Management & Executive Reporting
Financial Forecasting & Variance Analysis: Consolidate monthly cost forecasts, track actual project spend, and analyze budget variances against baselines.
Executive Status Reporting: Prepare and consolidate executive-level reporting packages, including weekly status reports, Executive Steering Committee (ESC) decks, and ad-hoc briefing materials.
Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with project managers, stream leads, and third-party vendors to drive delivery accountability and resolve operational roadblocks.
Qualifications
PCO & Project Controls Experience: 10+ years of dedicated experience managing Project Monitoring and Control activities (RAID, Schedule, Financials, and Reporting) within enterprise environments.
Large-Scale Program Exposure: Proven track record supporting large-scale, multi-workstream project or program deliveries.
Methodology Expertise: Deep understanding of Project Delivery Life Cycle (PDLC) methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid frameworks.
Enterprise PMO Tooling: Hands-on experience with PMO governance tools including Clarity, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word).
Financial Acumen: Direct experience managing project financial forecasts, tracking actual spend, and performing budget variance analysis.
Soft Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication; strong time and priority management; exceptional attention to detail; comfortable operating independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Preferred Assets & Nice-to-Haves
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) or CAPM certification.
Prior PCO or PMO experience within a Tier-1 Bank or Financial Institution.
