Responsibilities
Strategic Project & Program Delivery: Provide full lifecycle project management leadership for complex digital health initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with enterprise governance frameworks.
Clinical Workflow & Process Optimization: Evaluate current clinical documentation practices, identify administrative bottlenecks, and design streamlined future-state workflows to improve clinician experience and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building: Build and maintain trusted relationships across diverse partner groups, including senior executives, healthcare administrators, clinicians, and external technology vendors.
Change Management & Solution Adoption: Design and execute tailored change management strategies, co-design workshops, and engagement activities to drive solution adoption and ensure sustained clinical outcomes.
Governance, Risk & Dependency Management: Establish project governance structures, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, manage risk mitigation plans, and lead issue resolution across regional delivery teams.

Qualifications
Healthcare Project Management Seniority: Proven track record managing large, complex, and high-profile projects within a healthcare or clinical delivery setting (Strictly Required).
Clinical Workflow & Process Improvement: Deep understanding of clinical workflows, documentation practices, administrative burden challenges, and process optimization strategies (Strictly Required).
Relationship Management & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence clinical champions, senior executives, and external partners (Strictly Required).
Digital Health Ecosystem Knowledge: Working knowledge of electronic medical records (EMRs), clinical documentation systems, digital referral workflows, and health technology adoption practices.
Program Governance & Change Management: Demonstrated experience creating change management strategies, risk mitigation frameworks, and benefits realization models.
Nice-to-Have Assets:
Prior project management leadership within public-sector digital health transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of primary care delivery models, provincial referral systems, and regional healthcare administration.
