Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, cost estimates, and dependency tracking.
Monitor project execution against budgets and timelines, identifying variances and collaborating with project managers to propose corrective actions.
Design and implement tailored project control frameworks suitable for Waterfall, Agile, and integrator-led delivery models.
Manage project financials, including purchase order creation, invoice reconciliation, and timesheet tracking.
Identify, assess, and track project risks, collaborating with project teams to define and monitor mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present detailed performance reports and KPI analysis to stakeholders and governance bodies.
Oversee project documentation to ensure compliance with internal standards and processes.
Qualifications
5-7+ years of experience as a Project Control Officer (PCO), Project Controller, or in a similar project management support role.
Demonstrated experience working in diverse project environments, with a strong understanding of both Waterfall and Agile principles.
Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budget tracking, and risk management.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar).
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proven ability to adapt quickly to new projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Professional fluency in both French and English is required.
