Responsibilities
Your Daily Responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator and Estimator, you will be at the heart of the action. Your tasks will include:
Accurately analyzing architectural and engineering plans and specifications.
Identifying technical requirements, calculating quantities, and determining costs for each project.
Preparing, writing, and presenting clear and competitive bids for various tenders.
Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to adjust budgets and plans.
Rigorously tracking costs to ensure project profitability.
Actively supporting the sales teams in Ontario and Western Canada with estimates for large-scale projects.
Providing technical training on the company's expertise to internal and external partners.
Qualifications
The Qualifications We're Looking For
To excel in this role of Project Coordinator and Estimator in Montreal-East, we are looking for a proactive and meticulous individual.
1 to 3 years of experience in building estimation (structure, roofing, envelope).
Excellent ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Fluency in English is essential for effective collaboration with teams and clients in English-speaking Canada.
Strong skills in communication, presentation, and training.
A high degree of autonomy, proactivity, and demonstrated initiative.ve.
