Responsibilities
Program Deployment: Support the Lead LSA in launching large-scale, pan-portfolio L&D initiatives and quarterly leadership development programs.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Review learner consumption and success metrics; perform data analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations for annual plan execution.
Executive Presentation: Translate complex findings into professional PowerPoint decks for executive consumption, ensuring high-quality "storytelling with data."
Operational Oversight: Manage ad-hoc LMS (Learning Management System) requests, document meeting minutes, and track action items across various Centers of Excellence (COE).
Stakeholder Management: Interact directly with internal business partners and external vendors to facilitate project kick-offs and onboarding.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to fine-tune tools, forms, and tracking mechanisms to increase the efficiency of learning solution delivery.
Problem Resolution: Act as a point of contact for daily escalations regarding course functionality and learner exemptions, liaising with technical teams to resolve issues.
Qualifications
Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Adult Education, or a related field. An L&D-specific certificate is highly preferred.
Experience: 7–10 years of professional experience, with a strong focus on L&D coordination, project management, or analytics.
Technical Proficiency: * Advanced MS Office skills (Excel pivot tables, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
Familiarity with LMS systems and data extraction.
Nice to Have: Experience with AI tools/Microsoft Copilot for prompt engineering and productivity.
Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze data, identify risks to project timelines, and suggest proactive solutions.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to "own their work" and present findings confidently to stakeholders.
