Responsibilities
Your main role will be to support our project managers and ensure the smooth running of our sites. Your daily tasks will include:
Preparing and tracking all project-related documents.
Managing communications between internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
Assisting in monitoring schedules, budgets, and work progress.
Helping with the management of permits, calls for tender, and administrative files for sites in the Laval area.
Actively participating in project coordination meetings.
Ensuring that project information is organized and accessible to all stakeholders.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who is organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take initiative. The ideal qualifications for this Project Coordinator position are:
A DEC or Bachelor's degree in administration, civil engineering, or project management.
A strong sense of priority management and meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrated rigor, autonomy, and excellent communication skills.
Proficiency with common computer tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
A proactive and positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
