We are seeking a motivated professional for a dynamic, dual-function role. You will partner with our Project Managers to oversee all post-order management while collaborating with inside and outside sales teams to enhance our success on project bids. This position requires constant, high-level communication with our internal quotations teams and the manufacturers we represent.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight: Monitor project progress, coordinate internal resources, and manage information flow to ensure all milestones are met.
Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for manufacturers, distributors, and contractors regarding project scope and objectives.
Rigorous Documentation: Maintain precise project files, including Bill of Materials (BOM) spreadsheets, design revisions, and purchase orders.
Tracking & Risk Management: Update timelines, track changing lead times, and proactively report progress or risks to management.
Strategic Support: Assist Project Management in establishing coordination plans and strategies for existing projects.
Active Problem Solving: Resolve project lifecycle issues, such as resource bottlenecks or material delays.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience: To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in the electrical industry and a proven track record in project support.
Industry Expertise: A minimum of three years of experience within the electrical industry is required.
Project Background: 1–3 years of experience specifically in a project support or coordination role.
Technical Documentation & BOM Mastery: Candidates must be highly proficient in reading and maintaining Bill of Materials (BOM) spreadsheets. You will be responsible for utilizing these documents to track material requirements, manage design revisions, and ensure order accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential for managing multiple stakeholders.
Analytical & Organized: You must demonstrate strong organizational abilities and an analytical approach to complex project data.
Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, along with experience using relevant project management software.
Team Orientation: Proven ability to work both independently and effectively within a team setting.
