As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the complete management of our projects, from file opening to final invoicing. You will act as the central link between internal teams and subcontractors, while ensuring proper coordination and compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality standards.

37.5 hrs/week Monday to Thursday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
and Friday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm

Responsibilities
Main tasks and responsibilities
Project management:
Plan, organize and supervise all stages of the project, from receipt of purchase order to invoicing.
Verify that all required documents are on file and open the order in the system.
Team coordination:
Collaborate with the sales, operations and accounting departments, as well as with suppliers.
Deadline and budget monitoring:
Ensure receipt and validation of POs (purchase orders), adjust costs if necessary and forward to invoicing.
Strategy and planning:
Define the objectives, milestones and responsibilities of each player in a detailed schedule.
Communication:
Organize follow-up meetings, manage the flow of information and act as the main point of contact.
Risk management:
Identify potential risks and propose preventive or corrective actions. Visit the site as required.
Quality and compliance:
Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
Health & Safety (H&S):
Apply a proactive approach to safety, particularly with subcontractors.
Reporting and evaluation:
Provide progress reports to customers and management, and carry out post-project reviews.
Transport coordination:
Manage logistical aspects: deadlines, documents, transport follow-up.
Qualifications
Profile :
Education: DEP or Bachelor's degree in administration (an asset)
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position
Experience in coordination
Languages: Bilingual (French/English)
Technical skills: Good command of the Office 365 suite
Other requirements: ASP Construction (mandatory)
Vehicle required for travel on the road
