As a project manager, your responsibilities will be clear and varied:
Coordinate and lead project teams and project managers.
Manage project profitability, from design to delivery.
Directly supervise a team of electricians and specialized technicians.
Provide continuous support to the construction department.
Maintain fluid communication with the various project stakeholders.
Ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget, with a high level of quality.

The ideal candidate for this project manager role in Greater Montreal will be a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management. We are looking for someone with solid expertise in HVAC systems and building electromechanics.
Previous experience supervising teams of more than 10 people is an important asset. In terms of training, a college diploma (DEC) in building mechanics or a bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of SIS software (or similar financial reporting software) are required. This key role requires a motivated and organized person, capable of taking initiative in Greater Montreal.
