Maintain strict monitoring and control over budgets, schedules, and margins, and quickly identify potential deviations, in collaboration with other departments.
Maintain a constant and transparent link with clients, external partners, and internal departments (Operations, Estimation, Service) for optimal strategic alignment.
Directly manage major projects, such as those at Montréal–Trudeau Airport, requiring expertise in public project management and great administrative rigor.

Qualifications
