Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Ensure the meticulous management, traceability, and digital archiving of major project documentation.
Master and structure the Microsoft 365 environment (specifically SharePoint) to optimize document tracking.
Enforce strict adherence to naming conventions, document versioning, and ISO quality standards.
Track requests for information (RFIs), transmittals, and delivery slips with high precision.
Collaborate effectively with internal architectural teams and external partners in French and English.
Provide occasional, warm coverage at the front desk and light customer service assistance.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Diploma or training in office administration, document management, or equivalent experience.
Solid proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint (knowledge of Procore or Autodesk is an asset).
Impeccable attention to detail, strong rigor, and comfort working within structured processes.
Functional bilingualism (flawless French for primary work; intermediate English for reading/emails).
