Project Delivery & Governance
Own end-to-end delivery of the Auto RFP project, from discovery and solutioning through implementation and stabilization. Define project scope, goals, milestones, and success metrics while maintaining all project artifacts (charters, risk logs, and status reports) in accordance with enterprise standards.
Solution Selection & Implementation
Lead the tool selection phase by partnering with stakeholders to assess vendor options. Translate complex business and sourcing needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring the chosen platform aligns with the strategic vision.
Responsible AI Enablement
Identify opportunities to apply AI-assisted capabilities to improve RFP drafting and evaluation efficiency. Ensure all AI implementations align with governance, risk, compliance, and ethical guidelines, focusing on practical value rather than experimentation.
Stakeholder & Change Management
Act as the primary point of coordination across Technology, Procurement, Legal, and Business teams. Facilitate workshops and decision forums to align diverse stakeholders and drive sustainable business impact through comprehensive adoption planning.
Risk & Budget Management
Proactively manage the project schedule, dependencies, and budget. Identify and escalate risks or bottlenecks appropriately to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes for the sourcing organization.
Qualifications
Here are the qualifications required for this Project Manager - AI Procurement at this Logistics and Healthcare Supply Chain industry leader in Montreal;
5+ years of recent Project Management experience delivering technology-enabled initiatives.
Demonstrated experience managing projects involving solution selection, vendor implementation, and process transformation.
Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous problem spaces, bringing structure and clarity to complex initiatives.
Experience working in hybrid, cross-functional enterprise environments (Technology, Legal, and Procurement).
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
Experience with RFP, sourcing, or procurement-related initiatives is a significant asset.
Exposure to AI-enabled tools or intelligent workflows with a pragmatic mindset is preferred.
Familiarity with regulated or compliance-driven environments (e.g., Healthcare, Logistics, or Finance).
