Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects focused on digital savings products and customer experience enhancement.
Mobilize and lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Adapt your project management approach across various methodologies, including Agile, SAFe, Lean, and hybrid models.
Communicate project strategy, progress, and outcomes clearly and effectively to all stakeholders, from team members to senior leadership.
Proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop effective mitigation plans.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery practices within the organization.
Qualifications
Confirmed experience as a Project Manager leading complex, large-scale IT projects.
Demonstrated transformational leadership, with the ability to mobilize teams, influence practices, and navigate complex organizational structures with diplomacy.
Mastery of various project management methodologies, including Agile, Lean, and SAFe.
Excellent emotional intelligence and outstanding communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
Advanced proficiency in both French and English (oral and written) is required.
**Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties.
Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written).
