Responsibilities
• Manage the planning and tracking of all work across multiple project value streams.
• Coordinate deliverables between technical teams and academic stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project schedules to ensure all milestones are met.
• Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate consistent communication between working groups and leadership.
• Translate technical progress into clear updates for executive review.
• Support project tracking and decision making through detailed information synthesis.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Three to five years of project management experience in data or IT environments.
• Professional certification such as a PMP or CAPM.
• Functional knowledge of data governance, architecture, and analytics processes.
• Strong background in project scheduling and risk management.
